was a wise option for updating a guest bedroom. resists scuffs well & looks considerably better once it's coated

I told my neighbor how well the paint did to cover the old paint. She mentioned she needed to paint the outside of her place. This is indoor/outdoor paint, so I gave her a gallon. So now I need to order more.

Sprays great and drys way fast. Sprayed through LVLP gun with 1.7 tip. Layed down smooth and flat.

I had a project that I did not want to do.This made it so much easier. Open finishers , product look like a professional and I didn't have to put more than one coat on

I couldn't put it off anymore! My children have worn down the paint so heavily in one particular hallway, that I had to give in and fix it for my own sanity. With the increases in cost for paints and things, coupled with the fact I was covering white on white, I decided to forgo the primer except for in places where the wall was bare. I was impressed with how well this paint sprayed in an LVP spray gun, with no annoying issues in finding the right consistency. It has really good coverage, and I had plenty of paint left. I decided to use some on a few smaller shelving units just to get a feel for it and I have 0 complaints, I can be a paint picky person so I feel like I can get a good feel for paints. I also found that it wipes off easily once dry so it being semi gloss will hopefully work out better for us in that hallway. The semi gloss texture is generally easy to wipe clean and this one definitely is it has an decent dry time, though I'm in the southern humidity. The final result looks nice, has great texture and it's considered good quality paint and a great value for the money.

The artist in the family has been painting images of her favorite birds on our kitchen cabinets recently, to brighten up the kitchen and add some personality. This paint was the perfect base coat to cover up the black (!) paint that the previous owner had put on all the kitchen cabinets. The coverage is very good, and the resulting surface is pleasant to work with for further embellishment. I took this to the hardware store and they shook it for me, so I'm not sure how hard or easy it was to stir by hand. While it claims low VOC, I'd still work in a ventilated area to maximize health and safety. I'm considering using this same paint for my bathroom ceiling, I think that the acrylic would hold up well to the humidity.

This is a good quality paint. I'm happy with the viscosity and how way the one coat is. Yes, it's a little higher priced, but I think that this one is worth it. My gallon is white, but sometimes you need white paint. I love the easy way you need less coats because of the paint quality. I'd compare it to a high grade version of Killz paint. It's very nice!

We used this KOMPOZIT PRO Paint and primer to redo part of our workshop and it worked great! We had no issues with it arriving stale or anything. We just mixed it (via drill) and it went on great! The built-in primer worked, and we were able to do the whole wall perfectly. So far it has held up to some abuse without damage, so that has been great. Overall we found this paint&primer super easy to use and a great deal!

I recently remodeled my pantry, removing all of the shelving that had adorned the walls for 30 years. Behind the shelving the drywall was tortured with scrapes, scratches, dings, discolored paint and even some surface mold in places. I cleaned the walls as best as possible, but even after cleaning, it looked terrible. That is when I pulled out my can of Pro Paint & Primer semi gloss by KOMPOZIT and went to town. It flowed on the wall, covering everything with a passion. One easy coat was all it took and the walls were transformed! There was a very slight paint odor, but not at all offensive. It dried quickly and within a few hours, I smelled nothing. I installed new shelving and it looks like a brand new room. The price is about the same as you would find similar quality paint at the local store, but frankly, I feel that it was superior with it's one coat performance. That makes it a good value for me. Recommended!

My sister helped me paint our closet, and the photo attached to my review is after just one coat!! (Top left has beginning of second coat) I was actually very surprised by how well it covered. The coverage is pretty impressive! This paint + primer combo is definitely a little more on the pricey side in my opinion, but the quality seems to back it up! I ordered the semi-gloss finish for easy cleaning. We did end up using three coats, but we were covering a pretty saturated wall color... and we are not professional painters by any means... so I'm sure that played a role. As far as fumes go, it really wasn't bad at all! We ran an air purifier, cracked a window, and had a fan going between coats. We painted a few hours before going to bed, and I was genuinely surprised by how little paint smell was left by bedtime. Overall thoughts: I'm really happy with this paint and primer combo. It has great coverage, minimal fumes, and the quality feels very legit. I would definitely use this again!

This paint is good quality and a good value for the price. However I missed that it is acrylic paint instead of latex. Apparently acrylic is better for outside or where there are temperature changes. I planned to use this for our pantry, but decided to go ahead anyway. The coverage was good and it spread easily. The semi-gloss finish was thick and durable to make it so I can more easily clean the pantry shelves. I was able to finish my whole pantry with one gallon.

We used this gallon of white paint on our door frames, and it turned out really well. The coverage was good and went on smoothly without needing too many coats. It dried evenly and left a clean, bright finish. It has held up well so far and looks fresh around the trim. This paint worked great for our project and did exactly what we needed.

This paint is pretty nice. Easy to use, it goes on smooth and didn't leave any streaks or runs. Perfect for painting my baseboards, it's been about a month now since I painted and even with dogs and children this paint has held up really well. All the trim in my house looks brand new, the only complaint is that my walls look a bit shabby compared to my trim. I dig the fact that it's a paint and primer, since I was repainting white trim anyways I only needed one coat. I was able to paint all the trim in my entire house and still have about 1/4 of the can left, that's what I call good coverage. Good value for money and a good product, this is an item I would order again.

This paint has a nice consistency—not too thin—and was very easy to work with. I didn’t need to use a lot of paint to get good coverage, and it went on smoothly. The finished result looks clean and bright in my room. One thing I really like is that nothing about it felt too toxic. The smell was minimal and didn’t interfere with my work while painting. I didn’t feel bothered while using it, and there were no negative effects afterward. Weeks later, the paint job is still looking great. A little seems to go a long way, and I have plenty of paint left in the can for other small projects, even though I painted three coats on my vanity cabinet.My photos show: the beginning of painting the navy blue bathroom cabinet, then, that side is fully painted with one coat, and then in the other picture, the complete cabinet is painted.I used three coats to give it a little extra coverage. Two coats was almost enough, but I overworked a couple of areas while it was still wet and ended up pulling paint back off of it. That is my biggest issue and why only 4 stars. It behaves differently than what most people would be used to with latex paint. It can get a little gloppy if you spend too much time over working the same area. So brush or roll over it a couple of times and then move on to another area and don't come back to it until it dries. Otherwise, it will get a little gloppy and start pulling paint back up. Once you get used to the way it behaves, since it's a little bit different from latex paint, it works well and I feel like it's a very durable finish.

I used this paint on my bedroom ceiling after a repair, and it looks terrific. It is paint and primer in one, which is great for fully covering an area in fewer coats. The paint mixed easily and had a thicker feeling consistency, however that did not make the paint more difficult to apply. I have some leftover, and like the look so much, I'm going to repaint my interior door frames with the same.

I absolutely love this painting primer. I really mean it. It went on relatively smooth and also it took about two coats but I used it to cover up the stains my son's had put on my walls where they took marker and crayon and Drew on everything it worked like a charm it made all of that writing disappear I was very elated with this product and I would recommend it to anyone. I saw no difference between this and any other pain. Meaning it's very good quality and very smooth I would recommend rolling versus paint brush.

Worked well for me using paint brushes. Unfortunately I didn't have enough to complete the job, so I ordered more. I like this paint... so much easier as a paint and primer in one. I'm using this in my 1960's camper trailer rebuild/remodel/repair project and it is working well. So far, I got 3 coats on the ceiling, and 1 coat on the walls. This paint was very easy to work with, and cleanup was easy as well... just a little water and a scrub pad - done.

The price is spot on for how good the paint actually is. Seriously, I am so happy with this paint a lot. I used just one gallon to update my bathroom, and it was perfect. The Semi-Gloss is beautiful and goes on super smooth and I love knowing it's totally washable and handles moisture easily. What really saved me time was the paint & primer in one. it covered the old color perfectly in one quick coat Plus the smell was barely noticeable with its Zero VOC and my brushes cleaned up without any fuss. This is clearly high quality paint and it feels like it will last. I personally can highly recommend it for any room that needs a fast and professional look to it.

The packaging the paint came in was secure and strong. There were no spills during shipment. This is a really nice primer and paint thick enough where you only need one coat but not too thick where it would take a lot more to get the coverage you need. This paint is really nice. And it's washable without taking the paint off.

It is too cold and wet to paint outside right now, so I will share what I do know...This was packed really well! I order a lot on Amazon, but heavy items and liquids frequently have issues... Not this, though! It came securely packaged with a locking ring on the can, in a thick sealed bag, was securely packed in a thick corrugated cardboard box, and then shipped in an Amazon box! I am very impressed! They took a lot of care to ensure that their product reached me safely!I will update when I use the paint/primer on my shed in the spring - it is too wet/cold to paint outside right now. I am very pleased with the care the took in sending a product that would arrive safely and fully intact!

The media could not be loaded. First off they know how to ship some paint! Very impressed with their shipping process! So this is a paint and primer it’s an Acrylic paint which I absolutely love painting with! Let’s talk about the paint; it has a nice medium consistency which means it spreads and feathers amazingly. Medium consistency paint allows you to most of the time get your coverage in one pass, it allows the paint to level out properly, it doesn’t leave thick stroke marks, it dries promptly and the sheen is a very beautiful shimmer. I have to say this is some good quality paint and I’m very impressed with it. It’s better than any of the other you will find that’s 45-60 a gal so it’s worth it for sure. I was able to clean my brush out no problem at all. It washed right away! This Kompozit Pro is some good quality paint and as a professional painter I would use this everyday!

As an avid DIYer, I'm always skeptical of the "paint and primer in one" label, but this paint really delivered a truly excellent result. I used the Semi Gloss White for my interior utility room and some exterior trim work, and I was genuinely. The coverage is phenomenal. I was painting over a light gray builder-grade flat paint and expected to need a second coat, but the first coat cured out beautifully—dense, uniform, and without any flashing. This legitimately saves both time and material. Since it's a Semi Gloss, the scratch-resistant and high-durability claim is huge, especially for exterior use and high-traffic interior spots (like doors and baseboards) where you need to wipe down marks often, so easy to clean.

Another coat of PRO in my kitchen. I love how easy it is to wash off any spills, and the color stays intact.
