How Kompozit gift cards work.

What it is

A gift card is a prepaid balance issued by Kompozit and linked to your customer account. It is a way to pay, not a discount — your order is billed at its full price and the card covers part of it.

Where to find it

Your cards are in your profile at kompozitusa.com/apps/profile → Gift cards. Each card shows its current balance, the store that issued it and a barcode on the back.

How to use it

Show the card at the register — our staff scans the barcode and applies it to your purchase. Gift cards cannot be applied by the customer at online checkout.

Limit per order

A card covers up to 50% of an order by default, unless a different limit is shown on the back of your card. Whatever is left stays on the balance and can be used on the next purchase.

Where it is valid

A card is valid at the Kompozit store that issued it (shown on the back of the card). It cannot be used at other retailers.

Expiration

If a card expires, the date is shown on the front of the card. Cards without a date do not expire.

Cash value

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and can only be topped up by Kompozit staff.

Returns

If you return an item paid for with a gift card, that part of the refund goes back to the card balance.

Lost card or questions

Contact us through the Contact page or ask any Kompozit store — we can disable a lost card and reissue the remaining balance.
