The program

Your connections. A clear partnership program.

For professionals with experience selling paint, building materials or B2B, and connections with painting companies, builders or property managers.

01

Earn as your customers grow

Commission on paid sales that meet the program terms. Repeat orders can earn compensation when you keep supporting the customer. Rates and terms are discussed individually.

How it works
  • This is a partnership with an independent, commission-based representative, with no fixed salary.
  • Commission is earned on sales that meet the program terms, after payment is received.
  • Compensation for repeat orders depends on the account terms and on the representative’s involvement in supporting the customer.
  • Before cooperation starts, the team explains rates, payout timing, handling of returns and account rules. Income is not guaranteed.
02

Manage your customer work

Use the Kompozit app to register customers, keep their records and plan follow-up under the account assignment rules.

How it works
  • Register prospective customers in the Kompozit app: the team checks existing accounts and possible overlaps.
  • Keep customer information and follow-up contacts in the provided IT tools.
  • Account assignment and follow-up are governed by an agreed policy. A registration alone does not guarantee exclusivity.
  • If a Kompozit distributor operates in your region, you are assigned to them for on-site collaboration.
03

Sell with manufacturer support

Product training, presentation materials and technical help — everything you need for a substantive conversation with buyers and for the work that follows.

How it works
  • Product training and an introductory course help you learn the range and present it correctly.
  • Presentations, catalogs and technical documents support your meetings with buyers.
  • Technical support helps with product selection and application questions.
  • Support continues as your customers grow and as sales are coordinated with the team.
Your role in selling

Bring in buyers, present the right products and keep customer relationships strong. We train you, provide the tools and help with products and service.

Participation in the program and compensation are governed by an individual contract.

A few details

Questions before your first call.

Will I get an exclusive territory?

Territory boundaries and rights require approval and a signed contract. Keeping territory protection depends on meeting the agreed targets. Choosing a city does not reserve a territory.

Can I buy equipment with financing?

Financing may be available for certain equipment, subject to approval and separate written terms. The equipment list, down payment and payment schedule are confirmed individually.

Still have questions?

Start with a short application. We’ll answer the rest on the first call.
