Application Delete Account

Kompozit app by Kompozit Inc.

You can delete your Kompozit app account at any time.

Option 1 — in the app

1. Open the Kompozit app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Follow the account deletion option at the bottom of the Profile screen.

Option 2 — by email

If you can't open the app, email help@kompozitusa.com with the subject "Account deletion request". Send it from the email address you use to sign in, or include the phone number you sign in with. To protect your account, we may ask you to confirm the request. We complete email requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your name and your sign-in email address or phone number in the app.
• All active sign-ins — you are signed out on every device.
• Your device push notification tokens and your notification settings.

What we keep

Orders, invoices and payment records are Kompozit business records. They stay in our system for as long as tax, accounting and other laws require. Deleting your app account does not cancel open orders or unpaid invoices.
