Kompozit may use SMS to respond to customers who contact us and explicitly request information by text message.

This Customer Care SMS program is used only to provide one-to-one responses to customer requests. Messages may include information requested by the customer in relation to an inquiry, such as a link, product information, document, order-related information, or other requested details.

This SMS program is not used for unsolicited marketing or promotional campaigns.

2. How You Opt In

A customer may opt in verbally during a phone call or direct conversation with Kompozit by explicitly asking us to send information by SMS and confirming permission to receive that text message.

We only send SMS messages after the customer has requested the information and agreed to receive it by text.

3. Types of Messages You May Receive

If you opt in to this Customer Care SMS program, you may receive one-to-one messages such as:

  • responses to your inquiry,
  • requested links or information,
  • requested product-related details,
  • requested documents or resources,
  • order-related information requested by you.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your request and interaction with our team. We only send messages in response to customer inquiries or requests.

5. No Marketing Through This Program

This Customer Care SMS program is not used to send unsolicited promotional or marketing messages. If Kompozit offers marketing communications through other channels or programs, those communications are subject to separate consent and are not part of this Customer Care SMS program.

6. Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of SMS messages from this program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, you will no longer receive SMS messages from this Customer Care program unless you contact us again and request further text communication.
