30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, contact us at help@kompozitusa.com. Returns must be authorized prior to sending back any items. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Eligible Returns
To be eligible, returned items must meet the following conditions.

All approved returns must be shipped to the original place of purchase. Products purchased through an authorized distributor must be returned directly to that distributor.

For products purchased through our online store, approved returns should be shipped to:

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
