Returns must be authorized prior to sending back any items. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Eligible Returns
To be eligible, returned items must meet the following conditions:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive the wrong item or it is defective/damaged during shipping, contact us within 3 business days so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following items are non-refundable and not eligible for return:
1. Custom-tinted or color-mixed paints
2. Opened or partially used products
3. Final sale or clearance items
Hazardous materials (as regulated by shipping authorities)

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, return the one you received (if eligible), and place a new order after your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: Banks and credit card providers may require extra time to process the refund.
