The product doesn't work as advertised and I have reached out 4 days ago to the customer service team and have not received any response.
Applied on heavy rust, converted well after one coat (two where rust was thick). No smell, easy to apply, surface was ready for painting quickly. Solid product.
Gave me a smooth, even base on patched drywall and bare wood. The finish paint went on clean and consistent.
