Special purpose dead-matt latex enamel with an enhanced resistance to wet-scrub, cleaning agents, disinfectants and heating (up to 120 °C of dry heat). It has an excellent adhesion to various surfaces. Snow-white color will not turn yellow after continuous exposure at high temperatures; the enamel is suitable for tinting in light colors according to the catalogues Kompozit®, NCS and RAL.

COMPOSITION: a mix of pigments and functional additives in a water emulsion of acrylic latex. Contain a flash-rust inhibitor.

FUNCTION*: for painting of hot-water radiators, pipes and other elements of heating systems, various metal constructions, walls and other surfaces indoors. Suitable also for timber, wood-fiber and wood-chipboards, as well as for mineral surfaces and repainting of old coatings.

SURFACE PREPARATION: clean the surface from an old cracked and exfoliating coatings, dirt, dust, rust and degrease it. The surface should be stable, dry and clean. It’s possible to paint bare metal surfaces in dry premises without additional protection; in other cases, it’s necessary to protect them first by ANTIKOR, EXPRESS or GF-021 Kompozit® Primer for metal.

APPLICATION: mix the enamel thoroughly before application; it is possible to dilute it with water (up to 10 %) prior to this if necessary. Put it in 2 layers with a brush with synthetic pile, roller or paint sprayer. Drying time at +20 °C and 50 % RH is approx. 30 minutes; it is possible to put the next layer in 1 – 2 hours. The spreading rate on a single layer is 9 – 11 m2/l (1 l for 15 – 17 units of conventional cast-iron hot-water radiator). It is not recommended to paint the hot surfaces.

STORAGE and SAFETY: store and transport in the original sealed container at a temperature from +5 to +35 °С, in dry places. Keep away from children, heating devices and direct sunlight. WARNING. H317: May cause an allergic skin reaction. Use personal protective clothes and rubber gloves. H211: Hazardous respirable droplets may be formed when sprayed. Do not breathe spray or mist. Use a respirator while spraying.

Clean wet working tools from residue enamel and wash with water thoroughly. Containers and dry product residues are utilized as construction waste.

SHELF LIFE: 30 months from the date of manufacture.
